1.Payment Options
 
I can only accept payment by credit card via Pay Pal. The option to pay via postal cheque (available from your local Post Office) or personal Cheque is available at the checkout, If you choose this option please ensure you include your email address at the payment stage so I am able to supply you with postal address and reference number of your purchase. Please DO NOT send cash via post. When sending your payment via post please remember to include your name, postal address and reference number which must be attached (please do not staple) to your cheque/postal order.
 
Currently I am only able to sell my products to those who live within the United Kingdom. I apologise for any inconvenience.

2.Postage :

All small orders once paid for are posted within 2 working days after you have placed your order. Large/Custom orders may take longer and you will receive details via email.
 
All items are sent either 1st class or 2nd Class using recorded delivery via Royal Mail and will require a signature. Please refer to chart below for estimated timescale of dispatch. Please note that I hope that your purchase will be with you within 2 days of postage* however, please be aware that Royal Mail may take up to 28 days to deliver.** Please note that all orders made after 4.30pm may be treated as though placed the next day.
 
*Depending on which Postage option is selected at checkout stage (see section below).
 
**Please note: I cannot be held responsible for any late deliveries due to postal strikes or postal delays of any other nature. Any lost items will be tracked (after 28 days) with Royal Mail and I will refund or replace accordingly should the trace be unsuccessful.
 
Should you require a Reference Number (if paying via cheque/postal order) this will be emailed to you within 24 hours after you place your order. All customers regardless of payment method will receive Email confirmation and this will be sent to the Email account you register with us at the payment stage when your order has been selected and dispatched.

3.Packaging:
 
All items will be packaged securely and with care. Depending on the item sometimes we may package the item using a board backed envelope with bubble-wrap other times it may be packaged within a box. However, rest assured that the item(s) will be packaged with care.
 
Sometimes we may use packaging that has previously been used, this way we are doing our own little bit towards securing a safe environment for future generations. Please feel free to return your packaging (providing it is in a reusable state) to us so we may reuse it* or alternatively take any discarded packaging to your local recycling point.
 
*currently we are unable to reimburse postage costs however, you will receive a discount voucher towards your next purchase with Luv Bubblettes; please supply your email address to receive this.

4.Returns:
 
Upon delivery please inspect your purchase and should you find fault with the item please contact me~*immediately and I will do all I can to rectify the fault (if possible). If you wish to return the item as you feel it does not meet your expectations, please contact me~within 7 days of delivery*.  
 
Please note Earrings cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances due to reasons of hygiene.
 
Should you wish to return your order postage must be paid for (this is non-refundable). It is recommended you return your order using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery as we accept no responsibility for lost parcels. Any refunds will be issued within 48 hours of receipt of returned order. Any items returned must be sent in resalable condition, in original packaging with any tags attached, with original invoice and instructions enclosed.
 
All special orders are final sale. This does not affect your statutory rights. 
 
Please note that goods cannot be returned after the 7 day period. Should you need to return items after this period please contact me~ for consideration though this is not guaranteed.
 
Should goods be returned to us by Royal Mail due to non collection and we have already re-issued items, postage will be  re-charged at the original rate.
 
~ Either via this site (click here) or via the contact details sent with your purchase. As required by UK law the consumer is allowed up to 7 days to return an item(please refer to Terms and Conditions), however it is important the consumer contacts Luv Bubblettes in order for returns to be authorised. Products must be returned in a secure and appropriate package ideally in original packaging.

5.Refunds:
 
Refunds can only be given if you contact me  before returning your order within the 7 day period (as a signature is obtained at point of delivery this can be tracked and checked.) Refunds will be issued via the same method of payment. With regret it is not possible for refunds to be issued to items that have been personalised or made to your specification.
 
Please note: Jewellery for piercings cannot be returned or exchanged due to reasons of hygiene.

6.Cancellations:
 
Cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of placing your order providing your order has not been dispatched.

7.Privacy policy
 
In order to process your order it is necessary for us to ask for your name, address and contact details. We keep these details on file so that we know who our customers are so we can deal with any queries or returns. Please rest assured that your details will not be disclosed to third parties, but we reserve the right to contact you from time to time with special offers/promotions occurring from time to time. If you do not want your details to be kept for promotional purposes please indicate so in writing to the address supplied with your order or at the time of placing your order. However your details will still be kept on record for a period of 12 months after which your details will be permanently deleted.
 
Should you have any queries regarding your privacy please contact me and I will endeavour to allay any concerns you may have.

This website is operated by Luv Bubblettes. By using this website, you acknowledge that the use of this website is subject to the following terms and conditions.
 
a.Prices
All prices quoted are inclusive of VAT. Prices exclude postage and packaging costs. Postage will be charged at the published rates on our website. Postage is non-refundable. Any special offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. All prices quoted are without obligation and are subject to alteration without notice.
 
b.Delivery
Royal Mail Xmas 08Orders from this online shop are dispatched within the expected timeframe indicated within the table supplied above under the postage section. Any special orders will be delivered under the timeframe indicated at the time of discussing your order. All orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Recorded Delivery either 1st or 2nd Class depending on which option is selected at the checkout stage. None of these services are a guaranteed delivery. Any lost items will be tracked (after 28 days) with Royal Mail and refunds/replacements will be offered accordingly should the trace be unsuccessful. 
 
c.Money Back Guarantee
As we want our customers to have a happy experience whilst shopping with us online we observe the regulations outlined under UK Law regarding Consumer Protection (Consumer protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000). ~Therefore the customer may return any item purchased from this online shop within 7 working days (following the day of receipt). We do ask you to contact us before returning your order so refunds can be authorised. Please return the item in its original packaging in a resalable condition as stated under the returns section above.
 
~However if an item has been personalised or made to your specification it is with regret that such items cannot be returned or refunded, please contact us before returning your purchase.
 
d.Unforeseeable Circumstances
We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance that is beyond reasonable control.
 
e.Overall
All products are subject to availability. Luv Bubblettes is not responsible for typographical, pricing or other errors and reserves the right to cancel any orders based on such errors.
