As standard, no obligation, free of charge quotes will be Emailed to you and will include all costs involved (cost of labour and materials, postage and packaging). Once you have agreed the cost and have posted your cheque to me, work on your order will commence upon receipt and clearance of payment; once received and cleared Email confirmation will be sent to you and work will commence. It is recommended that you read this page.

Can I View My Order Before It's Sent to Me?

Yes! Once the work on your card is almost complete or once a piece of jewellery is completed I photograph and display the image within the Customer Preview page. A password will be created and sent to you allowing you access, this feature enables you to see the card or finished jewellery and make any changes before secured and finished and posted to you. Please be aware and to avoid disappointment, that although every care is taken to create each piece, the work produced is an interpretation and handmade and will not therefore have a machine made, massed produced and 'perfect' look.
